Swiss Finance Partners Group offers very innovative Capital Raising Services in the form of so-called “ Crowd Funding “ techniques.
Crowdfunding , inspired by crowdsourcing, describes the collective cooperation, attention and trust by people who network and pool their money together, in order to support efforts initiated by other people or organizations.
It is an approach to raising capital for new projects and businesses by soliciting contributions from a large number of stakeholders.
Basically there are three types of crowdfunding models: (1) Donations, Philanthropy and Sponsorship where there is no expected financial return, (2) Lending and (3) Investment in exchange for equity, profit or revenue sharing.

Private Equity Premium Program

The client submits his own already established business plan and sales presentation, which we do however review before submitting it on a regular basis, or at least once a month to our professional client and networking basis of roughly 12,000 professional investors and our potential individual investor basis off roughly of more than 100,000 members all over the world. The professional potential investors will be contacted directly by our staff on a regular basis in order to discuss the potential opportunity and it's possible financing solutions.

The client account will be handled by our various regional representatives & advisers who will be fully in charge of the entire client relationship under the supervision of the Swiss management. Further on, all presentation and sales material are updated as changes do indeed occur on a weekly basis or at least once a quarter.

Modest yearly subscription fee, plus our standard success fees as per our regular schedule upon the positive conclusion of an investment or financing solution.
Private Equity Standard Program

The standard program is basically the same as the premium one, however with the exception that all presentations and sales material will be updated every six months, of course only unless otherwise requested by the client. Those presentations will be submitted on a quarterly basis to our network and can be consulted and downloaded by each member of our network at any time and depending on their very own interest in any particular segment, region, country or project.

Small yearly subscription fee, plus our standard success fees as per our regular schedule upon the positive conclusion of an investment or financing solution.
Private Equity Basic Program

In this program the client’s projects will be registered in our data base and presented once to our network of roughly 12,000 professional investors all over the world as already outlined above. Later on they can be consulted and downloaded by each member of this network at any time and depending on their very own interest in any particular segment, region, country or project.

Very minimal yearly subscription fee: € 3’000.-- plus our standard success fees as per our regular schedule upon the positive conclusion of an investment or financing solution.
