Minimum Investment
To qualify for citizenship of St. Kitts and Nevis under its Citizenship-by-Investment Program, there are 2 options:
1.) Citizenship by dotation to the St Kitts and Nevis Sugar Industry Diversification Foundation (SIDF).
A non refundable charity donation of minimum US$ 250,000 to the SIDF + payment of government due diligence and processing fees of $7,500 per main applicant and additional $4,000 per each additional dependant applicant over the age of 16.
2.) Citizenship by purchase of designated Real Estate
Designated recoverable Real Estate Investment with a value of at least US $ 400,000 plus a payment to the St Kitts Government for registration and due diligence fees as follows:
Government registration fees on approval of an application

US$25,000.00 for the spouse of main applicant

US$25,000.00 for each child of the main applicant under 18 years

US$50,000.00 for each qualified dependent of the main applicant over 18 years other than his spouse
Government due diligence fees

US$4,000.00 for due diligence background checks and processing fees for each dependent over 16 years
The passport issued is valid for 10 years, which can be renewed thereafter.
Our fees are not included in the above stated investment amounts and government due diligence fees. Our consultancy fees include;
1) The entire consultation, collection and checking of your documentation, processing, administration, courier delivery of the application,
2) Legal due diligence (conducted by our local Law firm in St Kitts),
3) Lodging of the application with the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) of St Kitts & Nevis
4) Continuous monitoring of the progress of the application and liaisons with the CIU
5) Courier delivery of your Citizenship approval documents and Passport(s).
